This morning during our family Bible study, my husband was discussing the Creation week and my son kept finishing his sentences for him, which made him change his tack a bit and start asking questions for the kids to answer instead, since we’ve been over this many times. (Repetition brings familiarity with the subject)
When he got to Creation Day 6, where God formed man out of the dust of the ground and then formed more creatures in front of Adam’s very eyes, my son could barely contain his excitement. He knew what question was coming next.
And just as my husband was about to ask, “How did God make Eve?” my son shouted out with much glee, “He took one of Adams ribbons and made her!”
How can you argue with such intelligence?
