I can’t decide which one is lovelier in this photo – my eldest with her lazy eyes and closed-mouth smile to hide her missing teeth or my youngest with her closed-eye smile that she smiles when all is right in the world and she’s truly happy.

Both girls are lovely, but I’m a bit partial to the corkscrew curls. Which none of my children have. 🙁
