I never thought in a million years I’d EVER be discussing my weight on my blog. Oh well, blog for a year and you tend to forget that people are strangers…they feel more like friends! Plus, when you have as much weight to lose as I do, a 7 pound weight loss just doesn’t seem like much. BUT…when you factor in that it was done in ONE WEEK!?!?! I was so excited this morning when I stepped on the scales because I realized that is 7 pounds I never have to see on my body again.
TO be honest, the only thing I did this past week was cut out sugar (except for those cookies and cupcakes I ate last night at 11:30 at my MIL’s – thanks Linda – HIDE THOSE THINGS NEXT TIME!!!) and drink more water. I have a tendon or something in my foot that is preventing me from walking long distances, so I haven’t been very faithful to exercise. BUT – I am recommitting, NOT quitting!

May 15, 2007 at 2:36 pm (16 years ago)Thats Ggggrrrreat! I too have gain a little too much. Ever since I started taking college courses and homeschool, I have begun to spend mroe and more time at the ole ‘puter. I have decided to get up off my ‘puter (get it, LOL?) and get moving. We have been looking for parks in our area to walk through. Like you, I have found that walking makes my ankles and knees hurt, so I am working on strenghtening the muscles around the ankles and knees. Keep us posted on how you are doing!
